A visit from Berlin

On 27.01.2025 Prof. Dr. Toro Justin Ouoro, Ambassador of Burkina Faso in Germany, visited us. This meeting came about through the initiative of Adama Sawadogo, who lives in Hildesheim. He had traveled to the ambassador in Berlin to suggest a meeting and possible cooperation with our association because he would like to support his home country.

We gave the ambassador a tour of our workshops and showed him how used tools and machines can be refurbished so that they can be put to good use again.

Mr. Sawadogo also took part in the meeting and acted as translator. We talked about previous development aid transports and discussed possible support for initial vocational training in Burkina Faso. In the first quarter of 2025, the ambassador plans to talk to the government in Burkina Faso about how this project can be realized.
