Luise and Gerjet Harms from Hildesheim took a solar lamp manufactured in our workshop at the Technology Center with them on their visit to Swaziland. Menzi Kunene installed the small solar module on the roof of his family’s house. Now the lack of electricity is no longer an obstacle to light.
The next planned step is to send building instructions and some kits. As the design of our lamps is very simple, replicating them is not a problem.
These lamps replace disposable batteries or kerosene.
